Hello! My name is Megan and Nick is my big brother and best friend. On 4/28 I received the devastating call that he had had a heart attack. Thankfully a stent was able to be placed but this doesn't come without long term medical care now as he was diagnosed with heart disease affecting over 50% of his heart. At this time Nick is required a month off from work and countless new appointments and medications. He is the sole provider for his beautiful family. With new medical bills paired with time off work he's going to need our assistance.
