Help Ms. Bettye Watson Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
I am reaching out on behalf of Ms. Bettye Watson, an 86-year-old woman who recently lost everything in a devastating electrical fire while she was sleeping. By the grace of God, she made it out safely, but her home of over 20 yrs is now completely uninhabitable.
Grandma Bettye has always been a pillar of her family —a loving grandmother, a caring neighbor, and a source of wisdom and warmth for everyone who knows her. Now, she is faced with the heartbreaking reality that she can never return to the place she called home for so many years.
In lieu of the fire-
The owner has advised they will not repaired the damages for her to continue to live there and she must vacate with 7days.
At her age, starting over is incredibly difficult, and she urgently needs support to secure safe housing, replace essential belongings, and rebuild her life. We are asking for donations to help cover immediate costs, including temporary housing, clothing, furniture, and daily necessities. Every dollar counts, and no amount is too small.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your network. Your kindness and generosity will make a world of difference in Ms.Bettye life as she navigates this challenging time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, prayers, and love.
