At the end of last year, my mom was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. Recently, we were given the heartbreaking news that more masses have developed, and her diagnosis has now progressed to stage four. This means harsher chemo, radiation, and treatments that not only take a toll on her body but also make it impossible for her to work. Through all of this, she has continued to put others before herself, especially my young niece, who she is raising and loves with her whole heart.

My mom has always been the kind of person who shows up for everyone else. She’s the one who never hesitates to lend a hand, offer a kind word, or sacrifice her own needs to make sure her family is okay. Now it’s our turn to be there for her. The medical bills and everyday expenses are starting to pile up, and it’s hard to watch her carry this weight while she’s already fighting so hard.

We’re holding a tattoo flash even at our tattoo shop, Inked CLE at 12000 Lorain Ave, to help, but I wanted to create this GoFundMe for anyone who can’t make it but would still like to support her.
