Please help us in standing with my dear friend Michelle Dement as she faces a liver transplant journey. Michelle was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-alcoholic Cirrhosis of the liver 2 years ago. After many Dr. visits, blood tests, medication adjustments, dietary changes, and liver specialist recommendations, Michelle's disease has progressed to the point of needing a transplant.

This is going to be a long process with a lot of medical need, and thus a lot of financial support from her family, friends, and community. Michelle is unable to return to full-time work and her family, especially her husband will need to take time from work in order to support her surgery, recovery and rehabilitation efforts once a suitable transplant is identified. The expense will be tremendous, and a large burden on this amazing family.

I can't say enough about the loving, giving person Michelle is. She is a woman of faith and would do anything she could to help others whenever needed. For this reason, I am asking everyone to please contribute what you can for my beautiful friend and her family as they face this uphill climb. I can't think of anyone more deserving of a miracle than Michelle! Together we can hopefully make that happen for her.
