Stand by Melissa and Joe in Their Time of Need

My name is Jennifer Parry, and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of a very sweet old high school friend and her family. Melissa and her husband, Joe Swett, are both battling illness right now. Joe has been battling kidney disease and has been on dialysis for a year, waiting on a kidney transplant. Due to the high demands of treatment, he sadly lost his job. Melissa recently began her battle with ovarian cancer and is currently going through chemotherapy and is out of work on short-term disability. They still have a daughter at home to care for and monthly needs. The short-term disability income only covers minimal monthly bills.
