Stand by Mark: Wrongly Accused and Struggling

Hello, this is Mark Coleman. I am in a little bit of a jam. I have been wrongly charged of cruelty to animals and recklessly discharging a firearm in the city limits. My mother was attacked by our neigbors pit bull dog. She successfully afforded being bit by jumping into her vehicle.I ran outside to check on her because she is 85 years old and also has a heart condition, to see if she was alright. The dog then came running at me and I shot it. my bail bond for the two charges was 25,000 each. which I had to come up with $5000. plus $12,000 for a lawyer. I live on social security and raising my two grand children,10 and 12 years old. I morgaged my vehicle, sold some personal items and borrowed money. Its been a year and still no court date and the bond company wants a renewal, another $5000. I don't have, and can't get it, so the bond will be pulled and I will set in jail until they decide to have court, whenever that will be. I am 64 years old and a diabetic. Any help would be truely appreciated.
