Help Marisol Fight Cancer and Heal

Hello, my name is Martha, and I’m fundraising for my amazing mom, Marisol Panduro—a kind, compassionate, and incredibly hardworking mother of three.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when my mom was diagnosed with colon cancer. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy while preparing for a major surgery. As you can imagine, this journey has been physically, emotionally, and financially overwhelming.

Despite the exhaustion and side effects from chemo—which often leave her too tired to even stay awake—my mom continues to fight. On her better days, she still shows up for work as a hairstylist and barber, splitting her time between Karen For Hair and an assisted living home, where she lovingly styles the hair of elderly residents. Her strength and dedication are beyond inspiring.

But no matter how hard she works, the financial burden is growing. While her insurance covers part of her treatment, it doesn’t come close to covering the full cost of surgery, home care after recovery, lost income, and basic living expenses. My sister and I have been doing everything we can to help cover the costs, but we simply can’t do it alone.

That’s why I’m reaching out to you—our friends, our community, and the kind-hearted people who believe in helping others through hard times.
