Urgent Help Needed: Louie's Medical Emergency in the Philippines

Very rarely do you see any gay asian couple last as long as we have. I met Luis Sebastiab Gasataya in 1987. He moved to the US after he graduated from La Salle University of Bacolod with a BSN. At that time, i was going to Johnson & Wales University for Culinary Arts.
We have been together for almost 39 yrs and have been married for 7 yrs. We are the first same sex asian gay couple married in our town. We are both retired. Louie is a RN who main focus is on Elderly care, and I am Chef from Marriott.
Through the years our family grew to love us as one of their own. We have been there for each other through good times through bad times and through sad times. He was always there when i needed him especially when i had a triple bypass and i was in CVICU for the whole month of December. He was always by my side comforting and encouraging me to get better so we can be together.
Now my life time partner Louie and I have been facing unimaginable medical challenges. Louie, a dialysis patient with end-stage renal failure and heart issues, was diagnosed with COVID-19 and suffered two heart attacks in the Philippines. We were celebrating his 61st birthday in his homeland, but our trip turned into a medical nightmare. Louie needs me more than ever, and I needed to be there and to help him so we can still be together.

With Medicare not accepted in the Philippines, all his medical expenses and needs are out-of-pocket. Hospitalization in Manila was costly, and we depleted our funds quickly. We relocated to Bacolod, Louie's hometown, to reduce expenses, but his condition worsened. Pneumonia complications led to multiple hospitalizations, and his health continued to decline.

We urgently need assistance to cover:

1. Medical expenses (hospital stays, medicines, and treatments)
2.Oxygen while at home
3.Travel clearance for Louie to return to New Jersey
3. Medical assistance and oxygen during the flight

We're desperately trying to comply with recovery guidelines, including doctor follow-ups, dialysis treatment, and physical therapy. However, our funds are dwindling. To make things worse, he recently got admitted for pulmonary tuberculosis which has added a strain to our budget.

Please help us get Louie the necessary medical care in New Jersey. Your support will ensure his safe return and access to life-saving treatment.
