Stand by Liam in the Battle with Brain Cancer

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. I'm seeking your support to help me navigate the overwhelming financial burden of medical bills following my diagnosis of grade 4 glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Glioblastoma is the most aggressive kind of brain cancer, and many people don't live past 2 years. This life-altering condition has stripped away my ability to work, leaving me in a helpless financial state as I fight to cover the costs of treatments, medications, and ongoing care.

It's hard for me to ask for help on this kind of thing, but I have nowhere to turn anymore. My medicals are going to increase as this is only the beginning, and I'm unsure of how long I'll have to live. I feel desperate, and really want to be able to get the best treatment that I can to prolong my life to be with my loved ones.

Life has become an unimaginable challenge since my diagnosis. I go through frequent seizures that disrupt my days and leave me feeling vulnerable and exhausted. The surgery to remove the tumor, while necessary, has left me unable to use my left side, making even simple tasks feel like unbelievable hurdles. As of late, my seizures even leave me unable to talk, immobilizing my tongue. These physical and emotional struggles have turned my world upside down, but I’m holding onto hope and fighting with everything I have.

Your support, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and my loved ones. Once again, this only the beginning of my treatment, and I know my medical bills will keep piling up with my unfortunate prognosis.
