For those of you who know "Little Leah" from Hawaii, she needs our help!

She has been suffering from severe vertigo and dizziness and may not have a diagnosis for quite some time. She has been bedridden and thus recently lost her job. It's uncertain when she will be able to get back to work. With no family support or disability benefits, she will need help paying for rent, food, and bills. Any help would be much appreciated!
