My dearest Family and Friends, we are reaching out to the community to help raise funds for our beloved grandmother Lauri Stewart. Yesterday afternoon our grandfather was taken from us in a tragic car accident. He was in a head-on collision that happened out of nowhere. We had no time to prepare for this tragic loss for our family and community.

Donny was a kind, loving, hilarious, and a very humble hard working man.

If you had the pleasure of knowing Donny you knew he loved everyone and brought everyone into his life with open arms. He would “adopt” anyone who was lost, he would raise children with the community, he was beloved by church, the fire department, and anyone who met him.

He was everyone’s Father, and Grandfather, but most importantly he was the rock in my Grandmothers life. He was her everything, he was her support system. With him gone we are worried about my grandmother. She needs help from her community, from her church, from her friends. She needs us now more than ever. There are Medical bills, Funeral costs, and general life finances that need to be sorted out that no one should ever have to worry about while morning the loss of their husband.
