Recently, our sweet friend, Laurel, was severely injured in a freak kitchen accident. While pouring hot bacon grease into a tin can, it unexpectedly exploded in her face—causing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-degree burns to her face, arm, and hand.

She’s now facing a long, painful recovery and is unable to work for the foreseeable future. The physical and emotional toll is already overwhelming—and the financial stress will add up fast.
