Meet Kim.

Kim is the kind of person who gives everything to others. A single mom and proud grandma of her beloved “Fab Five,” she has spent her life raising 8 children, caring for her community, and showing up for friends in their hardest times. She’s known as “everyone’s mama” — the one who loves people exactly where they’re at.

Now, Kim needs us.

Recently, Kim was diagnosed with aggressive small cell lung cancer that has already spread to her brain. She begins radiation next week. As the department secretary at a rehab clinic, she has always worked hard to provide for her family. But with three children still at home, the cost of treatment, time off work, and everyday expenses have become overwhelming.

Kim is the type of person who never asks for help — but she’s always the first to give it. Today, we want to give back.
