Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

My amazing wife, Kara, has been fighting an incredibly tough battle against cancer. She has bravely faced three separate bouts of cancer over the past 6 years, each one requiring intense treatment, including surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. Throughout this difficult journey, she has shown unmatched strength, resilience, and hope.

While she has been fighting hard, the financial burden of her medical bills has been overwhelming. Despite the support of health insurance, there are many expenses that have not been covered, including out-of-pocket costs for treatments, medications, hospital stays, and ongoing care. In addition, Chris (the husband) has been working 2 jobs to help alleviate some of the financial burdens, but this has taken precious time away from their 2 boys and Kara.
