My name is Courtney. My friends and I are starting this GoFundMe to help raise money for one of our very best friends, Justice. Justice is a wonderful person trying to make the best out of life. He has more chosen family than blood family, unfortunately, but he is deeply loved by those that have gotten to know him. He is fantastic with a camera and has a keen eye for capturing special moments. He’s 32 and was recently diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer.

This is still a very new diagnosis for him as he is currently waiting to have his surgery to remove his thyroid in the last week of August. We don’t currently have a set number on the price for his surgery. He was informed it would be around 10-20k for the surgery, but that’s all we know for now. He doesn’t currently have insurance, so this number was a lot to swallow.

Any donation helps at all. We are taking into consideration unforeseen time off from work, other treatments that he may need, and the surgery in general. Again, thank you for reading about his story.
