I’m making this go fund me to try to help Julie Walker also known as Nina! Julie and her wife have had a very rough year. Her wife Mariann had bladder cancer and while they’re still recovering from medical bills from that Julie recently found out she has to have open heart surgery. Here is a recent post of hers to give you more of an idea on what is going on.

If we're fortunate we are allowed the opportunity to grow old. Here's a little about what's going on. I have a Fibroelastoma on my Aortic valve and additional growths. I've been seeing a cardiologist on a regular basis since it was found over 15 years ago. I never had any symptoms pressure etc. until now. It's getting larger and the other growths are new. My sister had the same thing and we lost her in March to a stroke. I called my older brother to tell him about our sister and he said that he just had a heart attack. We lost our youngest brother at 49 to a heart attack. I also have 3 half siblings that have had heart issues so it's now my turn. In talking with my brother and losing my sister made me listen to my body and how I had been feeling. My sister didn't have private insurance and didn't get the care she needed. I'm very blessed that I do. So I GET to have the surgery I need and to be cared for as we all should be no matter our circumstances in life. I previously had a stroke in 2005. If I don't have heart surgery I've been guaranteed I will have another stroke we just don't know when and I probably wouldn't survive. I've already had my appointment with the cardiothorastic surgeon he wants a few more tests before scheduling surgery. I'll be at Mt. Carmel East. I'm surrounded by love and in God's hands and have faith I don't believe that he's done with me. I so appreciate all of your kindness.”

As many people know Julie (Nina) would give her last dollar to anyone in need. I’m hoping to be able to take the stress off of her a little bit.
