Jorge is quite possibly the most beloved member of our CCB community. He can always be counted on to crack a joke, know (and keep!) everyone's secrets, and clean up all our messes (both literally and figuratively).

As you may know, Jorge has been diagnosed with kidney failure. Even while he spends his days with us, keeping this building as clean as it can be and saving us from roaches and bats, he has to receive dialysis three times a week. He has suffered from complications as a result, including fainting and heart issues. Unfortunately, that means that he's been missing a lot of work. Additionally, the costs associated with all of these medical issues have skyrocketed his expenses.

Now it’s our turn to show Jorge what his presence in our lives truly means. Every dollar we raise will go directly toward covering his medical expenses, helping him take care of himself the way he’s taken care of all of us.

Let’s remind Jorge that he’s not alone, not for one minute. Let’s be there for him, the way he’s always been there for us. Every bit helps!
