Stand by Jon and Sarah Munroe and their family

Jonathan Munroe (Jon to most) is a loving father and much-loved music teacher living in Attleboro, MA. His family and music are his true passions. Just before Christmas 2024, Jon had to undergo lifesaving emergency surgery due to complications of diabetes. Sadly, Jon had a serious infection in his foot/lower leg which required amputation.

Jon is doing well, but we know the road to recovery and rehabilitation is a long one. Jon has taught music in public school systems for 28 years, and his wife Sarah is also an educator in the public schools. Jon and Sarah have two delightful boys, Christopher (6) and Mikey (2). They are absolutely Jon's focus.

We know that Jon faces a lengthy recovery and at the moment it is not clear what expenses will be covered or what the impact to his income will be. We definitely know there are expenses ahead which will challenge Jon and Sarah, and we humbly ask you to help Jon and his family move forward. We will update the goal and provide info on Jon's progress along the way.
