Jeff Lewis woke up Tuesday, April 22nd, unable to walk and was taken to the hospital by his fiancée and life partner, Emily Roche. The early prognosis is that Jeff has Guillain-Barré syndrome, which will require a long hospital stay and weeks to months of physical therapy. Jeff currently has no use of his legs and limited use of his hands. His doctors are treating this aggressively in hopes of slowing down the progression.

Jeff is an amazing father of three young children ranging in age from 18 months to 9 years old. He is the primary source of income for his family of five. We would like to raise money to help Jeff with his out-of-pocket medical costs so that he can focus on his recovery and getting back to the job and family he loves so much.
