Stand by Jay Webb: A Fight Against Injustice

I am Jay Webb, asking for help in defeating a truly bottom-feeder of a man. My ex-employer has broken many, many contracts with me over the past three years. You can see my friends list on my Facebook Page and ask any one of them about my honesty and integrity. I am a good person and try helping anyone who is in need.

I finally had enough and filed a Civil Lawsuit against this person in January of this year, as a Pro Se Plaintiff. It is taking its toll, as he has hired an attorney who's trying to draw out the processes and trying to make me out to be the bad guy, as I guess he is supposed to do. But, I have thwarted this attorney on several occasions with the truth.

I attended POST University for Paralegal Studies and know enough about the law to traverse through it with some knowledge, but it is a long and drawn-out process. There are a few laws for New Jersey that I am a little out of touch with, so researching these laws is becoming difficult. I need to hire a civil attorney to take over my case. The suit I have against this person is for $106,000. My case is strong and the attorney I am talking with feels that I will be triumphant. I cannot work any longer due to illnesses and am out of work and on Medicaid and EBT. My lights may be turned off any day, as this is one of the contracts this person has broken, concerning the power in this building.

I have no more funds to continue, so I have sold one of my home stereo pieces (model number BDP-CX7000ES) to try and pay some bills. I sold it on eBay for $1,380 today, Sunday, May 18, 2025, but all I'll see is $1,081.05 because of the steep fees on eBay. That sale's funds will be paid out to me when the item gets delivered to the buyer, approximately 5 days from now. I have also put my car up for sale on Facebook Marketplace and Hagarty Marketplace to try and get the funds to continue with my bills and repay my niece for the help she has been giving me. I am basically homeless when this lawsuit is finished. I wish I could move out of here right now, as this building is owned by the person I am suing. I will use the money donated, the sale of my car, and the sale of other items in my possession, for moving out of here and hiring the attorney I spoke of to take over my case.

The person I am suing is one of the problems we have in this great Nation, including slave labor, tax evasion, indentured servitude, and many other crimes against humanity. He was a gynecologist in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in past years who committed many crimes in his industry, including bank fraud and insurance fraud (I knew nothing of his crimes until I started researching my case for court). He owes a federal and state restitution of over $3,000,000 and is actually a non-US citizen who will probably be deported back to Afghanistan after he finally repays that restitution. He is now in the construction industry and I have a multitude of his clients who were treated with indifference and taken for their money but the work was never completed for their homes. He hires non-English speaking individuals and also brings them to the United States. He pays these individuals in cash each week, under the table, and works them more than 70 hours a week without paying any overtime pay. He places these people into one of his properties that he houses 10 to 15 people in, then charges them $700 (which he deducts from their pay each week) for a bedroom with access to one kitchen and one bath for the whole house. These individuals do not know how to perform the work this person puts them in and all he told me after I asked him about them not knowing the work was, "They'll learn." He has a multitude of properties that he does this with, and I personally know of 6 addresses where I designed the architecture without knowing how he did all this.
