Stand by Jamie and his family in their time of need.

The VanHouzen Family needs our help. Jamie, 45, has had some serious health setbacks and has been too ill to work for quite some time. Jamie has dedicated most of his adult life to working with kids. Whether on the field Coaching Lacrosse, or teaching Physical Education to Elementary students, “Mr. V” has impacted the lives of many.
The duration of Jamie’s medical issues and hospital stays, has put major strain on the family finances. The situation has become overwhelming both physically and emotionally. Jen is still working over 45 hours a week as an X-ray tech while also caring full time for Nolan (17), Delaney (13), Jamie and their two family dogs.
They recently had to sell a car to try and stay on top of bills.
Those who know Jamie and his family know they are a family that shows up for others in need. They care deeply for family and friends, and now it’s our turn to rally around them.
We are hoping to raise funds to help ease some of the constant financial stress, so the family can focus on healing.
Please consider donating whatever you can and sharing this page with your network. Every dollar helps to support this wonderful family.

Please join us Saturday April 26th at One Eyed Jacks in Shelby Township ( 48922 Van Dyke Ave 48317 ) for an evening of gambling, arcade games, pool, corn hole , and many other family fun activities, to help raise funds for the Van Houzen Family.
