Stand by James Kamau's Fight, Our Ndugu for 20 Years
Donation protected
Calling all my people. Meet my Ndugu (Swahili for brother), James Kamau Mwangi. James and I have been brothers for nearly 20 years. James and his family live outside of Nairobi, Kenya and over the years he has come to spend time with us and we, in turn, have had the privilege to spend a great deal of time with his family in Kenya. James' son, Brian even lived with us for some time a few years back before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps.
We got news, recently, that James was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme. An aggressive malignant brain tumor that is highly resistant to treatments and ultimately has a grave outcome.
James is unable to work and provide for his family and my family and I can only do so much to help; which is why I need you guys!
Please donate whatever small amount you can and thank you all from the bottom of my heart. As difficult as it is for me to hear that my Ndugu is dealing with this, I cannot imagine the implications and weight his family feels.
