Stand by Jacob in His Time of Need

Hello, my name is Jacob. I've recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. Come to find out I've had it for years, and now its affecting me physically to where I can't work. As I prepare for the fight of my life, I could really use the support from friends and family more than ever. If you're able to help, I'd greatly appreciate any support you can offer. Being that upon diagnosis I didn't have health insurance, and I'm unable to work. The financial strain on me and my family is beyond stressful. I'm really torn writing this because I've always been the type of person that hates to ask for help. Yet all that knows me, knows I've always been the friend that's shows up for friends when they need me, and would give anyone the shirt off my back.
