Howard Silverstein, a lifelong resident of Pikesville, Maryland, has always been a vibrant and active part of our community. As a dedicated aerobics instructor, dog lover, and friendly face to so many, Howard has inspired countless individuals with his passion, warmth, and unwavering energy.

Recently, Howard was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) — a life-altering condition with no known cure. This devastating diagnosis has placed an enormous physical, emotional, and financial burden on Howard and his loved ones.

While insurance covers some treatments, many essential medical expenses, therapies, mobility aids, and in-home care are not fully covered. The out-of-pocket costs are quickly mounting, and we are reaching out to our community to help Howard receive the care he desperately needs.
