I’m starting this fundraising for my dad, Gil. I’m his youngest son and his only immediate blood relative here in the United States. he lives in a senior apartment residence in the Midwest, WI and I live in the west coast in CA. My dad is turning 75 in a few days. He’s been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks now due to complications with his kidneys and recently had an infection and affected his heart valves. He was scheduled to have open heart surgery to replace the infected heart valves but after another ultrasound of his heart, the heart valves cleared up and the antibiotics he was on did its thing. Thank God!

He still has quite a bit to go like MRIs on his brain and spine and ongoing treatment for the infection he has and continues dialysis treatments.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help relieve medical costs not covered by his insurance. Including costly post hospital care and treatments, medication, deductibles, copays, medical supplies, basic needs and etc. as whatever little savings he has, was already used up. 

My dad is a good man and he deserves to spend the rest of his life in comfort.
