Stand by Fred Gray's Family After Heartbreak

I am the head of Human Resources for Humacyte where our employees are also family. One of our Humacyte family members, Fred Gray, has experienced a terrible tragedy. His 19 year old son was involved in a horrific accident last week and today his family was informed that he is clinically brain dead. They will be removing their son from life support this Saturday, May 17th. This has been devastating for Fred and his family both emotionally and financially. Fred is an incredibly selfless man that has always taken care of his immediate and extended family and worked tirelessly to do so.
