Hello friends. As a lot of you have probably heard, a dear member of our community has fallen on hard times. Eric Storey has been facing several severe medical issues. He had a heart attack resulting in stents being placed, which require blood thinners. This led to a life-threatening brain bleed that made it necessary to take him off of the blood thinners. Unfortunately, this caused another heart attack. He has been placed back on blood thinners and has been monitored in the ICU for his brain bleed. He is currently stable but will most likely be hospitalized for at least another 3 weeks.

He has made it this far with the prayers, love, and support from his family and friends, but unfortunately, the bills are piling up as he is unable to work. He has been in and out of several hospitals, had surgeries, and weeks of inpatient care. The medical expenses will be astronomical and insurance only covers so much. Also, travel expenses so his sweet wife Jenny can be by his side through these frightening times are compounding daily. The everyday household bills don't stop either just because your life is on hold for an emergency. Eric and Jenny have always done so much for their community every chance they could, and now is our chance to give back to them when they are in need. In this season of giving, I hope you find it in your heart to help where help is needed.
