Friday, February 21, 2025, at 4:45 pm, Ed was hit by a car while riding his off-road vehicle. He was thrown 15-20 ft from the off-road vehicle and landed in the middle of the road. Ed suffered from a broken spine and had to have a metal rod placed in his back with 6 screws at the top and 6 at the bottom. He has a fully broken leg from thigh to ankle, a broken right wrist in 4 places, and a dislocated shoulder. He has a tear in his spleen and kidney, a broken rib cage, 4 and 5 broken cervical bones in his neck, and bleeding on the brain. If Ed would have landed two inches more to the left, he would have been paralyzed from the neck down. We are asking for donations to go towards medical and rehab expenses.
