My nephew, Domenic Iluliano, a husband, father of 3, and grandfather of 2, needs a liver transplant. He had to be moved from a hospital in his hometown of Buffalo, NY, in order to get the transplant. His wife, Kristy, traveled to be with him while he's at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Dom is currently in the Transplant ICU fighting an infection. He needs to be rid of the infection to get the transplant. After the transplant, they need to stay in New York City for a month while Dom is an outpatient.

In the past 2 years, they've suffered the sudden loss of Kristy's brother Michael, and then they lost Kristy's mom, Karen, to a long fight with cancer. Now Dom is fighting for his life with Kristy by his side.
