Stand by Dad: Transport for Dialysis

Friends and family, thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers. As some of you may know, my father was hospitalized recently. He went in for a simple procedure but complications arose. Due to these complications, my father’s heart became weak and we felt pressured by the hospital to place him on hospice with an estimate of 6 days to live. But my father decided that he wanted to keep fighting! With every passing day, we are seeing small improvements . Now that he is home, he is needing transportation to and from dialysis since his body is still too weak to get up on his own. I am humbly asking for help to reach his goal for his out of pocket expenses for insurance, so that his transportation can be covered until he is able to gain his strength back.
