Help Chanda Fight Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer

Hi everyone, my name is Chanda. In August 2024, at just 50 years old, I was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. I went to the ER for what I thought was just a headache, but after five days in the ICU, I was hit with the life-changing news: I had aggressive lung cancer, and without immediate treatment, I had only months to live.

As a mother of three and a grandmother of three, my heart broke at the thought of leaving my loved ones behind. But I didn’t waste time—I got a great doctor, underwent countless tests, CTs, and scans, and began intensive treatment right away.

I started chemotherapy in October and completed three full rounds by Christmas, followed by 33 rounds of radiation. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. I was incredibly sick and lost all my beautiful hair. But I kept going.

In February 2025, my PET scan showed massive improvement—the cancer in my spine and leg had shrunk significantly, and the mass in my lung was smaller too. I had bought myself more time.

Since then, I’ve been on monthly immunotherapy and have been doing everything I can to stay alive and present for my family. I’m also pursuing a holistic protocol that includes proven medications not typically prescribed in the U.S., which I have to import—often at great cost—from overseas. Unfortunately, many of these treatments aren’t covered by insurance.

As many of you know, I’ve been a small-time political live streamer for over a decade. When I got sick, the outpouring of love and support from my community blew me away. Your donations helped me get a reliable car to get to and from the cancer center. I’m deeply grateful.

Now, I’m asking for help again—this time to cover the costs of my medications and gas to make it to appointments. I had to shut down my original GoFundMe while applying for disability, and I’ve recently been approved for $960/month in SSI, which helps with some of the bills. But the medication and travel costs continue to add up.

I have a PET scan tomorrow—the first since February—and honestly, I’m scared. I haven’t felt great the past couple of months, but I’m holding onto hope that the combination of immunotherapy and holistic treatments is still working.

If you can support me again—whether it’s a donation or just sharing this campaign—it would mean the world to me. I promise to keep you all updated, and I’ll continue sharing more on my YouTube stream, Trailer Park Pundit, if you want to follow along with my journey.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. So many of you have supported me multiple times, even monthly, and you’ve truly restored my faith in humanity. Being faced with your mortality changes everything—it reminds you what really matters. This spring, I’m planting a garden and cheering at my grandkids’ baseball games, and that’s all thanks to you.

Much love,
Chanda
