Stand by Caleb and His Family

Donation protected
Friends, my name is Bill Artz, and I have worked for Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School as a teacher and Network Administrator. One of my former students has been taken to the hospital with acute brain lesions, and we are seeking donations for his family’s growing medical bills. Caleb Outerbridge is a junior and plays on our football team. Caleb was a strong positive force in my personal finance class. He was always smiling. He worked hard and loved to celebrate others' success. Now that I am working in the technology office, I see him several times a week. He has a passion for business and hard work. Please consider donating to his family during this time.

Here are some words from those that know him:
"Caleb is a member of the Quarterfinal team. He is the ultimate team guy and cares deeply about his teammates." - Coach Kohl

"Caleb is a person that has infectious energy. He has a way of using his own confidence to build confidence and comfort in others. He is kind and empathetic. He is someone that lifts others up and brings energy to every room he enters." - Coach Lindo

"Caleb was in my Algebra 2 class and was a kid that made the class one that was truly fun to be an apart of. He was kind, respectful, and always worked hard. I loved getting to know Caleb during my time as his teacher and while Math was never his favorite subject I know that Caleb gave it everything he had, like all the things he put his time and effort into." - Mrs. Beck

"I first met Caleb during after-school athletic performance training. He was so conscientious about attending every session and was constantly looking for feedback regarding his technique as he wanted to make sure he was lifting properly before adding more weight! He was also quick to help others in the weight room and would always thank me before he left the weight room! He always came in with a positive attitude and was so coachable! He was an extremely hard worker and was so determined!" - Coach Hammond

"Caleb is a kid that will do anything you ask of him. Whether it be in the classroom, on the football field, or on the track, he is always willing to do what is asked of him and trying to do his best in every situation." - Coach McLain

"Caleb is a shining ball of positivity and is an absolute joy to be around." - Mr. Heyman

"Caleb is one of the students that I had during my student teaching last year. His positivity and passion is inspiring. He is one of the most memorable students that I have ever encountered. This year when I was lucky enough to teach at the same school he would see me in the hall and be so encouraging while he was talking to me. He is a blessing to see in and to know in general. I am blessed to have had a student like him. " - Mrs. Baker

"Caleb was in my Economics class last Fall. He was always happy and friendly in my classroom and still is to this day when I see him in the hallways. Caleb gave his time and talent to photograph our Freshmen Ladies Basketball Team last year. We needed some game shots for our social media and as a favor to us Caleb came to our game and provided us with great shots. I appreciate Caleb’s generosity and time and pray for a speedy return to good health." - Coach Fiscus

"I have Caleb in Spanish I this year and I had him in Study Hall last year. His positivity and kindness is awe inspiring. His energy helps create a fun and joyful class." - Ms. Allison

"We are praying for you Caleb and your family. you got this buddy you’re a fighter!" - M. Pizur

"Caleb was in my Entrepreneur class last year. It was a joy to watch him grow as an individual, become a confident presenter, and collaborate with his team all year to create a business. This year, Caleb has visited my class often to check-in and chat. He is a kind and caring person, has a positive attitude and will fight through this! We are praying! Sending love and support! " - Mrs. Johnson

"Praying God holds Caleb and all involved close and His will is done." - Mrs. Altenberger

"I had the honor of meeting Caleb through some of his friends that visit me often!! After a handful of encounters he asked if he could leave his LARGE after school sports bag with me during the day as it won’t fit in his locker. I told him of course - anytime! Well many mornings I’d be greeted with his warm smile as he handed over his bag & “Have a great day Mrs. Kidd” - when the end of day bell would ring I could count on him to thank me for keeping his bag & telling me to have a great night! ALWAYS so polite, kind & full of energy!! Prayers for him, his family, medical team, teachers, teammates & friends! He has the strength & his supporters have the faith!! I’m looking forward to keeping that backpack for him again when he returns!! #CalebStrong" - Mrs. Kidd
