My name is Beth. I am first and foremost a mother of 3 wonderful kids. I am a full-time bartender, which comes with no health insurance. I have been recently diagnosed with melanoma (skin cancer). I need surgery to remove a portion from my arm about a couple of inches wide. This surgery was unexpected, and needs to be done as soon as possible.
