Hi there! Never did I think my family would be in need of support, but here we are.

In 2021, my baby sister Bailey was diagnosed with severe Crohn's Disease, and since then, we have been faced with what seems like an endless stream of doctor's appointments, hospital stays, surgeries, and everything else that comes with being chronically ill. In 2022, at 24 years old, Bailey lost her colon due to Crohn's and has faced one setback after another.

Now, here we are in 2025, and we are faced with the worst possible diagnosis: Bailey has a brain tumor.

We are currently in the process of getting her stable enough for surgery.

If you know my sister personally, you know how hard she has worked to build a life for herself and her two beautiful children, Nathan (9) and Nylah (5). Nathan is an avid baseball player who is about to start 4th grade, and our little ballerina Nylah is starting Kindergarten. Nathan and Nylah are currently with me until further notice, and while they know how loved they are, it's hard to focus on the good when they are so worried about their mom.

My family and I have been taking turns staying by Bailey's side, and in the face of the unknown, we have found ourselves all out of PTO and vacation time but not out of hope.
