Hello, my name is Brandon. I am the husband of Courtney Bass and the proud father of Presley Mae Banwart. As most people know, we were expecting Miss Presley to be here on July 4th, but she was born on June 16th at 1:00 pm! Presley weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces. She is the most beautiful baby girl with white hair and blue eyes.

After about 12 hours of after birth, she had to be put into the NICU because of retracted breathing. The next day, blood tests were done, and she has an infection from birth, so she had to be rushed to a different hospital for treatment. She was in critical condition but has started the uphill battle of this long journey. The doctors say once she is no longer septic, we will begin the countdown for our baby girl coming home to us. As of right now, we aren’t sure when she will get to come home; the doctor said at least 14 days.

So that’s why I have decided to start a GoFundMe, to help pay for gas, food, and anything else we might need because Courtney and I will be down there every day for as long as possible.
