Help baby Emberlyn Fight for her Life

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your support for our beloved Emberyln, and her parents Russell and Erika. At just 2 months old, every parent’s worst nightmare came to life. She suddenly stopped breathing, and was given CPR until help arrived. The brave first responders worked quickly to get her heartbeat back. She was then rushed to women’s and children’s where doctors and nurses fought to stabilize her. Those moments felt like an eternity, and our hearts shattered as we watched our little one struggle.

By the grace of God , CPR, and the incredible medical team, Emberlyn was revived, but she remains under close observation. She is currently on life support, and medically sedated still fighting. While we are beyond grateful for her resilience, this has been an unimaginable journey, and she still has a long road ahead.

Why We Need Your Help

As we focus on Emberlyn’s recovery, our family is facing not only emotional but also financial challenges. My brother Russell has had to take time off work to be by Erika, and Emberlyn’s side, ensuring she receives the best possible care. With hospital stays, scares, and sleepless nights, it has been impossible for him to return to work during this critical time. His return to work date remains unknown as we await signs of improvement.

Right now, all we can do is wait and pray. Every moment feels like a lifetime as we watch over Emberlyn hoping for signs of improvement. The doctors and nurses are doing everything they can, but the uncertainty is the hardest part—waiting for updates, watching the monitors, and wishing we could take their pain away.

We hold her hand, whisper words of love, prayer , and cling to the hope that she will pull through. This journey has been heartbreaking, but we refuse to give up. All we want is to bring her home, healthy and safe.

This loss of income has made it even more difficult to cover daily living costs, bills, specialized care, travel, gas etc. We are humbly asking for support to help ease this burden on Russell and Erika so they can focus on what matters most.
