Hello there! My name is Aspen, and I am currently on leave from work due to a severe mental health issue. On 12/09, I contacted an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in order to begin treatment after fighting a steady growth of anxiety beginning mid to late September. This program has been immensely helpful, and I have seen so much growth and progress.
Because this program is near daily, I have been unable to attend work and have put in for FMLA. While my partner is actively working full time, the money he makes is not enough to handle rent, my bills, and other fees. Thankfully, I am in the process of requesting Short Term Disability. However, it's beginning to look significantly less likely that I will receive it in time to pay for necessary bills.
The breakdown of the numbers you see here are as follows:
$410.42 for my insurance. This is priority, as I need to be able to continue paying for my treatment.
$146.25 for electricity payments.
$115.60 for internet. Important for when I go back to work.
$200 is a rough estimate of my upcoming co-pays for medical visits.
~$100 pet insurance
The remainder is for a little extra money toward rent, which hopefully will be taken care of by the disability payment. We have a backup for this if need be, but the less we have to cover overall the better.
Thankfully, I go back to work around Mid-February, so everything should even out then.
I know times are tough, so I appreciate anyone that has even taken the time to read about this. If you have any questions, want screenshots of my bills or anything like that, I'll gladly provide it for you! Thank you immensely in advance!
