Stand by Anthony: MS Diagnosis Challenge

My name is michalla dickerson and my most favorite person in the world is Anthony montanaro. On New Year’s Eve he was rushed by ambulance to the hospital because we thought he was having a stroke. After spending the night in the er and getting countless test and scans he has been diagnosed ms ( multiple sclerosis) of his brain stem. He currently has double vision, his right side from his ear to his foot is tingly and numb, he’s having issues with his hearing and communication. He’s been admitted to Beebe until further notice. They have been giving him the strongest steroid and his symptoms aren’t improving yet and they might not ever, but we are staying as positive as we can. This has been shocking and absolutely devastating to him and our entire family. He will have ms for the rest of his life and will need to do many life style changes. Anyone that knows Anthony knows he’s the most amazing, kindhearted man that would do anything for anyone. He’s the best dada Aiden and Abel could ask for and we love him so much! Over the last couple days we have had soooo many people reaching out to us and supporting us and we can’t thank you enough. I don’t know where we would be without our amazing village. My hopes in making this go fund me is to get his story out there! We need all the prayers we can get and are also looking for other stories of people dealing with Ms. The last thing we want to do is ask for help but of course all our bills are due the first of the month and Anthony is out of work until further notice. I would absolutely love if we could get the bills figured out for the month so he won’t have to worry about that right now. I know everyone is struggling these days but if you could please share this and donate anything at all. Every little bit helps right now. We are so grateful to live in such a wonderful community pot nets in longneck Delaware and have so many amazing family and friends. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This is just the beginning of a very long journey and we still have a lot of unknowns but we are taking it a day at a time.
