On Friday, July 25th, our beloved Anisha experienced a frightening medical emergency. After suffering from severe migraines for over a month, she suddenly developed stroke-like symptoms that left her unable to speak or move properly. Thankfully, her quick-thinking coworkers called 911, and she was rushed to the hospital.

Though a stroke was ruled out, Anisha has since been admitted for extensive testing, enduring painful procedures and ongoing seizure-like episodes with incredible strength and resilience. She remains hospitalized, undergoing test after test — including a spinal tap scheduled this week — as doctors work to uncover what’s happening.

To make matters more difficult, Anisha is currently uninsured due to a gap in her health coverage. She recently started a new job, but her benefits won’t begin until August 1st. In the meantime, her medical bills are piling up rapidly, and she’s been unable to work or receive any income.

Anisha is one of the most selfless, caring people you could ever meet — the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back without a second thought. She would never ask for help unless it was truly necessary, and right now, she needs our support.
