Stand by a Mother,Friend,and Organizer: Prevent Her Eviction

Hello my name is Bryson and I’m an organizer in the Filipino community. I am setting up this gofundme for my very close friend Nina.

Nina has always been the person who shows up for others. As a single mother of four, she worked two jobs just to keep food on the table. Recently, she is also finding time to join the Samahan Filipino Caregiver Association and cook incredible Filipino meals that bring people together. But when an unfair job loss pushed her into a financial crisis, the overwhelming stress triggered a severe mental health emergency. She bravely sought intensive therapy, but the unpaid leave left her and her family in a financial crisis.

In seven days she will face potential eviction and utilities being cut off. We have a critical opportunity to help someone who has helped so many! We urgently need to raise $4000 to cover back rent and bills-not just to keep her family housed, but to give her the stability she needs to fully recover without the constant fear of losing everything.

What makes this effort so important is who she is - a resilient woman who has spent her life caring for others even while struggling herself.
