Greetings: I’m Gary Hardy an American Educator and I need your help. After more than 20 years as an English Language Arts teacher an anxiety disorder was triggered by the continued disparate treatment of the "new"principal. One of the worst examples of her hatred was the incident of her summoning me through the hallways very disrespectfully.
We tell our children, "see something, say something", the hallway was full of my colleagues. I reported the incident to human resources and the superintendent's office years before the diagnosis of an anxiety disorder, and years before having to seek remedy; unsuccessfully, through the courts.

A matter that was never formally heard.
I sustained more than $300,000.00 in denied benefits and lost wages.

The bullying of teachers at the hands of principals happens more than I realize, is heinous, and especially wicked.
I will share my story and reveal through "Tales of the Teacher" the horror that became my life at the hands of the unprincipled and her administrative team.
No one deserves to be violated, harassed, demeaned or bullied especially for trying to do their job. For me, that job was as to provide the best academic rigor and classroom experience for America's youth and to ignite life long learners .
I am sharing this story, especially given the profound costs undertaken to now have the opportunity to share it. Truth crushed to earth shall rise again to soar. I plan to share my story to prevent it from. becoming someone else's
The agony and horror that had become my life under the school's new leadership, should never be a teacher's experience.
