Stan Lewis's Memorial

With a heavy heart, it's hard to process that my father, Stan, passed away unexpectedly last Friday evening on easily the worst day of my life. We haven't always been the closest over the years but I will forever know he loved me. We recently started talking again after many years and this makes this unexpected loss even harder. However, I know that I will be forever grateful that I received the best parts of him with his sarcasm, his love of rock and roll and his selflessness and constant willingness to help others in his family and around him. He was a good man and I aspire to be as good as he was.

In his honor, after about 3-4 years of thinking and deciding, I will be changing my name to Jacob Mendez-Lewis because I know that will be the ultimate gift to him in his honor and will be something that I can carry with me everyday.

Any help with funeral/cremation fees, court fees, taxes and other expenses to help the family out in this challenging time will be greatly welcomed as we navigate this loss.
