I am a single mom fighting diabetes.  I had all the toes on my left foot amputated because of a foot infection in August.  My right foot also has toes missing from previous bouts of foot infections making stair climbing almost impossible.   All of the bedrooms for me and my children are on the second floor and a stair lift is needed to enable me to stay in my home.  I  would be so grateful for your help.
