Stage IV Triple Negative Breast Cancer

At 42 years of age I was diagnosed with stage 3B triple negative breast cancer. I have gone through 2 different chemo regimens, 3 surgeries, 25 rounds of radiation and 17 rounds of immunotherapy. Despite Mayo’s best efforts, my cancer has returned. It is in the chest wall lymph nodes, the tissue under the right breast implant and in my lungs. Chemotherapy and trial meds seem to be the direction I am moving towards. This definitely will be a burden as I must travel for trial treatments. Rochester is about 6 hour round trip, or, possibly to Maryland to the NIH in Bethesda. I have had to advocate for my heath every step of the way. It’s been a scary and exhausting experience. Some of my friends and clients have asked me to set up a go fund me. I would appreciate any gifts people want to give. If you can’t give, please just share this post.
