Stage 5 Endo Is Killing Her. Her Son Still Needs Her

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Sarah And my beautiful friend is dying from a condition that most people don’t even know can be fatal: Stage 5 Endometriosis, also called terminal endo. It’s a brutal, incurable, and almost entirely invisible illness. And while her body is slowly shutting down, her heart is still holding on—for her son.

She’s spent nearly 20 years fighting this disease. Over 30 surgeries, a full hysterectomy, parts of other organs removed, and more complications than I can list. She’s had blood transfusions, been close to death more than once, and now… there’s nothing the doctors here in Australia can do. Even the leading specialist in Sydney has told her there are no surgical options left.

She can’t eat properly anymore. Most of her remaining organs are fused together. Her daily existence is pain, painkillers, and more pain.
She’s surviving on one small meal every few days. And she won’t last much longer like this.

But she has a little boy who still needs his mum.
He’s neurodivergent, brilliant, full of life and energy—her “crotch goblin,” as she lovingly calls him. He needs care, support, structure. But how can a mum who’s fighting for her own survival keep giving that?

They’ve tried everything. Every service. Every organisation. There’s no help left on the table. They’re now appealing directly to their local MP, asking for government intervention, support, respite—anything.

And now, I’m asking for your help too.

This fundraiser is to give them a fighting chance:
• To fund travel or treatment overseas with specialists who might be able to help
• To provide immediate support for her son while she searches for new medical options
• To buy her time—to let her keep showing up for the one person who needs her most

She’s not asking for a miracle. She just wants a chance. A chance to find a doctor who might take the risk. A chance to eat and breathe without pain. A chance to be a mum a little longer.

Please, if you can give—even a little—it matters more than you know.

If you can’t donate, sharing this helps so much.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring. Let’s show her she’s not alone.
