Help Adrian Fight Stage 4 Colon Cancer

We are reaching out to not only the UK but the worldwide DJ and entertainment community, who we know AJ has touched, left his mark and is still very much apart of.

Asking for help is not on anyone’s agenda.

Adrian has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He currently lives in Bali with his partner and young daughter, Chloe.

Returning to the UK is not possible. He has work commitments here in Bali, bills to pay, and a daughter to raise.

He is facing the toughest battle of his life right now, and he needs our help.

Like many strong and independent individuals, AJ initially refused to accept help from others after his diagnosis. His main goal at the time was to bring his daughter and partner to the UK for Christmas so they could meet his family.

After spending £12,000 on flights, visas, two Indonesian passports, and five flight changes, they were originally able to allow his partner, Yanti, into the UK—but not his daughter. After paying £2,400 for a 5-day fast-track visa for both of them, an error occurred when someone from the Indonesian agency processing the visa incorrectly identified his daughter as a British citizen, when she is in fact an Indonesian citizen.

As a result, Adrian had no other option but to involve his friends in the media and entertainment industry. Once the situation reached the front page, the Home Office approved his daughter’s visa that same day. His family was finally able to fly to the UK after a fifth or sixth flight change, when they should have all travelled together three weeks earlier.

However, he still cannot bring his daughter to the UK permanently until he is legally married, which is another reason why he cannot undergo chemotherapy in the UK. He needs his family by his side during this tough time.

Without our help, AJ does not have the option of pursuing treatment in Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia. His insurance will not cover the cost of the operation or chemotherapy.

AJ cannot plan for his future with his daughter, Chloe and his fiancee Yanti without help.

Being British, AJ would hate the fact that this is even being written about him. But the reality is if AJ wants the best chance at beating this and surviving, he must undergo chemotherapy and surgery. Pursuing treatment outside the UK comes at a significant cost.

The surgery he needs to survive is not available in the UK. The top places in the world where he has the best chance of survival are Singapore, Germany, Thailand, Spain, and Turkey. The UK does not specialise in the treatment he requires.

So I’m not asking for pity or sympathy. I’m asking his friends all over the world to donate whatever they can to help him get the treatment he needs. He needs to begin chemotherapy for the next six months as soon as possible.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards:

  • Medical treatment and care
  • Medication and ongoing support
  • Living expenses during this difficult time

If you are unable to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.

I know that as a community, we can raise what is needed to support AJ and help him spend as much time as possible with his finance and daughter. This could save his life if we raise enough funds to get him the right care in the right country, which we have carefully researched.
