Stage 4 Cancer Hits Single Dad of 5

Being granted the honor of raising five beautiful daughters, three of whom share the special bond of being triplets, has given Marty the cherished gift of fatherhood that he clings to lovingly.  As a fierce protector of his children and a mentor as they transitioned from children to adults, Marty has tirelessly and lovingly stood by his remarkable girls through good times and bad.

The recent diagnosis of Stage 4 colon cancer sent a shockwave through this family and has left Marty with deep and growing concerns about not only his life, but the effect his struggle will have on his daughters. As the guy who has always been busy planning the next holiday gathering or celebrating with family and friends at a tailgating event, Marty is more comfortable assuming the role of “giver” instead of “receiver”.

But now, with the mounting costs of medical treatment and the uncertainty of the situation, Marty needs of both emotional and monetary support, as well as prayers to meet the challenges and alleviate the burden of a situation that is not in his control.
