Stage 4 Cancer. Desperately Need Help!

My name is Hillary. Last year I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer and I went in to get my first scan after chemo, surgery and radiation. Just a month after finishing treatment they told me I had cancer in my spine, rib, sacrum, both hips, pubic bone and both femurs and that its now terminal. They gave me 5 years to live approximately. This can't happen! I need to seek treatment elsewhere! I have two beautiful daughters who need me I have been out of work due the shock and depression from this prognosis, as well as bone pain. Please help me keep this fire alive and continue my fight for my children. For my boyfriend. For my parents. My friends. My family....

Update: I broke my L2 in my spine in October from the cancer and have been unable to work. I've signed up for disability but they're saying it'll take 7 months. My bills are piling up. Now I face surgery to get a rod put into my femur because the cancer has gotten 50% of the top of my bone, which is a weight bearing bone. I'm am at increased risk for another fracture. My mobility is greatly decreased and I don't do a lot these days from some pain but mostly fear. My life is not the same. Please help!
