Staff Relief for the Crew at Avant Garden

Over the years, our guests have watched the Avant Garden staff grow into a family. This restaurant has provided us a place of purpose, a place where we can be who we are intentionally, instead of passively. Our guests have become an extension of our family and we've built quite an amazing community together. 

For some, working in a restaurant marks a transition point on a career path, but for us, cooking food, serving guests and creating dining room memories is a life long pursuit that also has highs and lows.

Any donation you are able to make will go straight to each one of our staff members, equally. We cannot overstate how much this will assist them financially until the Covid-19 subsides and life goes somewhat back to normal, a new normal :)
