Dear SMASH Families,

At the close of each school year, like heading to the beach, it is a SMASH tradition that we take up a cash donation that is split between the Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Office Staff, and Custodians as an end of the year gift. What another extraordinary year our dedicated teachers and staff have led us through, filled with the absolute joy of being together again in person. Despite the new challenges, they were brilliant examples to our children in their bendiness, compassion, and resourcefulness.

For many reasons, it can be difficult for each individual family to contribute to every SMASH staff member, but collectively we can surprise these wonderful humans with a cash gift. As you know, all of these people are an essential and valued part of our SMASH community, so let’s make sure we show them all how much they are appreciated.

All donations are welcome - no amount is too large or too small. The contributions will be distributed as a present from the entire community, so please feel free to contribute anonymously whatever amount works for your family. 

I will be gathering donations through GoFundMe. The deadline to give is June 4th. Thank you for helping shower our dedicated SMASH teachers and staff with appreciation through your generosity.
